About the raw material

Taste

Origin
In the 1980s, the Sharon fruit was cultivated in the Sharon Valley in Israel, but today it is also grown in other southern European countries.

Season
In Israel and Spain, the sharon fruit is in season in October and November. However, they are imported to Denmark, among other countries, throughout the winter period, as they can be stored for up to 3 months.
