Taste
Lime is a greenish citrus fruit, which is related to the lemon. It has a sour taste but a very distinctive aroma and is milder than the lemon.
Origin
Lime originates from northern Southeast Asia, where it has been cultivated for several thousand years.
Season
At home we import limes all year round.
Good for
Lime is great with fish dishes, dressings and jams, as well as in juices and drinks.
