Taste
The orange is an orange citrus fruit that has a lovely tart and sweet taste. The fruit grows on orange trees and has a distinctive, tart fragrance.
Origin
Oranges originate from China, but are now also grown in southern Europe.
Season
Oranges can be bought all year round, but they are particularly in season during the winter months, when the sweetness of the orange is particularly evident.
