Fine portioned desserts

There's just something extra nice and decorative about serving your desserts in beautiful glasses - and it's one of the easiest desserts you can make.

In fact, portioned desserts in glasses can usually be prepared the day before, which saves you a lot of time in the kitchen during dinner. It's therefore an ideal way to prepare your desserts if you're having lots of guests or have promised to bring dessert to a cosy dinner with friends. Colourful and tasty trifles

Trifle is an old classic in desserts. We love this lovely trifle for several reasons - it's a really easy dessert that's both pretty and tastes heavenly, and it can be combined in a multitude of ways.

The trifle is presented in glasses, with the ingredients layered, giving a really delicate and appetising look. Usually the dessert consists of a combination of something crunchy such as macaroons, muesli or nuts and then some kind of fruit filling - can be either compote or porridge and finally a cream of either whipped cream, vanilla cream or skyr. A delicious dessert with plenty of opportunity to be creative with the combination, which can easily be adapted to the season.
