Ingredients

Preparation

1. Beat the egg whites until almost stiff and gradually add the sugar.

2. Gently fold the blended hazelnuts into the egg mixture.

3. Pour the dough into a springform pan lined with baking paper and bake the bottom for about 35-40 minutes at 160 degrees.

4. When the base is completely cold, cut out small pieces and put them in the bottom of 4-6 serving glasses.

5. Mix all the ingredients for the filling until it forms a smooth mass, pour over the bases and leave to chill for at least 2 hours.

6. Put the jam directly on top of the cheesecakes and serve.
