Ingredients

Preparation

1. Toast the nuts on a cast iron pan on the grate over the fire for about 1-2 minutes, add the honey and let it caramelise further for 1-2 minutes.

2. Season with a little salt.

3. Arrange four bowls of strawberry/rhubarb porridge and serve with dessert cream and honey-roasted nuts.
