Ingredients
- 1000 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® Strawberry/Rhubarb Porridge
- 30 g hazelnuts
- 30 g walnuts
- 30 g almonds
- 0,75 dl acacia honey
- 1 pinch of table salt
- 1 portion Skælskør Frugtplantage® Dessert Cream
Preparation
1. Toast the nuts on a cast iron pan on the grate over the fire for about 1-2 minutes, add the honey and let it caramelise further for 1-2 minutes.
2. Season with a little salt.
3. Arrange four bowls of strawberry/rhubarb porridge and serve with dessert cream and honey-roasted nuts.
