Trifle with apricot porridge and macaroons

Ingredients

  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp. icing sugar
  • 1 portion Skælskør Frugtplantage® Apricot Porridge
  • 12 macaroons

Preparation

1. Whip the cream with the vanilla powder and icing sugar until light and fluffy - not too stiff, but still firm.

2. Find 4 small glasses and put 3 tablespoons of apricot porridge in the bottom of each glass.

3. Then add a layer of whipped cream and another layer of apricot porridge.

4. Sprinkle with crushed macaroons and finish with whipped cream.
