Ingredients
- 3 oranges, organic
- 375 g mascarpone
- 40 g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 225 g whipping cream
- 3 layer cake bases, light
- 1 jar Skælskør Frugtplantage® Organic Orange Marmalade
Preparation
1. Wash the oranges and make thin strips of orange peel - either with a thin peeler or a julienne cutter.
2. Then cut fillets from your oranges.
3. Mix the mascarpone with 25 g icing sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
4. In another bowl, lightly whip the cream with 15 g icing sugar.
5. Gently fold the cream mixture into the mascarpone cream.
6. Find a dish and put a layer cake base on it.
7. Spread the cinnamon-mascarpone cream on the cake base, then a layer of orange marmalade, and now add another cake base. Repeat the process.
8. Put the last base on top and spread again with the cinnamon-mascarpone cream.
9. Top with orange fillets and orange zest.
