Ingredients

Preparation

1. Whip the cream and add the yoghurt and vanilla sugar.

2. Coarsely chop white chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a small, flat pile.

3. Bake the chocolate in the oven for about 10 minutes. at 180°C until light brown.

4. Let the chocolate cool and chop it into small pieces.

5. Serve the strawberry cream with yoghurt cream and caramelised white chocolate.
