Risalamande with cherry sauce

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Put rice, milk and water in a pan and add a little salt.

2. Split the vanilla pod, save the seeds and add the pod to the pan.

3. Bring everything to the boil and then simmer, stirring constantly, for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Place the porridge in a bowl covered with cling film and leave to cool completely.

5. Whip the cream lightly, together with the icing sugar and vanilla seeds.

6. Mix it with the cold porridge and almond slivers.

7. Warm the cherry sauce and serve with the cold risalamande.
