Morning trifle with rye bread muesli

Ingredients

  • 150 g dark rye bread
  • 75 g mixed almonds and/or nuts
  • 75 g oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp. acacia honey
  • Greek yoghurt or skyr
  • 300 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® Apricot Porridge

Preparation

1. Coarsely chop and blend the rye bread, nuts and almonds.

2. Mix the oatmeal into the rye bread mixture and stir in the honey.

3. Spread the mixture on a piece of baking paper and roast in the oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.

4. Allow the rye bread granola to cool completely.

5. Arrange the trifle in layers with yoghurt/skyr, rye bread muesli and apricot porridge.
