Ingredients

Preparation

1. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

2. Mix flour, vanilla powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

3. Fold it into the egg mixture - alternating with the milk as well.

3. Finally, add the melted butter to the dough and stir until it reaches a uniform consistency.

4. Heat the waffle iron thoroughly.

5. Spread the batter in the waffle iron and bake for approx. 6 min. until the waffle is golden and crispy.

6. Bake the rest of the waffles.

7. Fry the rosemary in oil over medium heat.

8. Remove the stems and mix with sugar.

9. Serve the waffles with prune porridge, whipped cream and rosemary.
