Baked apple with cinnamon and dessert cream

Ingredients

  • 4 large apples
  • 4 tbsp. acacia honey
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2-4 dl Skælskør Frugtplantage® Dessert Cream
  • 4 tbsp. hazelnut flakes

Preparation

1. Rinse the apples and cut them from the core.

2. Place the apples on two layers of tin foil that can be folded around them.

3. Add 1 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. cinnamon on top of each apple and wrap them in tin foil.

4. Put the apples on the grate over the fire and give them about 30-40 minutes, depending on how hot the fire is.

5. Remove the apples from their foil and serve with dessert cream and hazelnut flakes.
