Preparation

1. Mix the milk, cream, chia seeds, coconut flour and vanilla sugar well and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

2. Then stir the mixture well and layer it in glasses with the apple porridge.

3. Garnish with some fresh blueberries and finely grated lemon zest.
