Beetroot porridge with yogurt ice cream

Ingredients

Preparation

1. whip the cream until creamy.

2. Mix the cream with the yogurt, 3 dl red pudding and icing sugar.

4. Run the mixture through an ice cream maker or put it directly into the freezer.

5. Stir the ice cream a few times during freezing.

6. Heat the remaining red pudding over low heat and divide it into four plates or bowls.

7. Place a scoop of ice cream on each plate and garnish with fresh berries, nuts and sorrel.
