Strawberry panna cotta with crushed meringue

Preparation

1. Heat the cream in a small saucepan (without boiling).

2. Soak the husblas in cold water for about 5 minutes.

3. Take the bubble out of the water and melt it directly in the hot cream.

4. Stir in the strawberry jam and divide into 4 small glasses.

5. Refrigerate the glasses for at least 3 hours until the panna cotta has set.

6. Whip the cream until it foams and place it on the glasses together with the strawberry jam and some crushed meringue.
