White chocolate panna cotta with strawberry porridge

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Heat the cream, sugar and vanilla seeds in a pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.

2. Coarsely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.

3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, stirring until the chocolate is melted.

4. Soak the husks in cold water, wring them out and whisk them into the cream mixture.

5. Pour the panna cotta into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

6. Before serving, pour ice-cold strawberry porridge over the panna cotta.
