Granola tart with vanilla cream

Ingredients

  • Covenant:
  • 2 dl almonds
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 8 dl oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 8 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • Vanilla cream:
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 5 dl Greek yogurt
  • Garnish:
  • 200 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® Blackcurrant jam
  • Fresh seasonal berries
  • Edible flowers

Preparation

Pie crust:
1. Preheat the oven to 150° hot air.

2. Coarsely chop almonds.

3. Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla pod.

4. Mix vanilla seeds and almonds with pumpkin seeds, oats and salt in a bowl.

5. Melt the butter and fold it into the mixture with the agave syrup.

6. Grease a pie dish and press the granola mixture into the dish to form a base. If necessary, use a glass or similar to press the granola firmly together.

7. Bake the pie crust in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.

8. Melt the chocolate over a water bath and brush the base with chocolate. Allow the base to cool completely so that the chocolate hardens.


Vanilla cream:

1. Split the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds and stir them into the Greek yogurt.

2. Now fill the cooled granola bars with vanilla yogurt.

3. Decorate with assorted berries, blackcurrant jam and finish with edible flowers.

4. Ready to serve!
