Ingredients
- 6- 8 dl. Skyr or yoghurt
- 40 g hazelnut flakes
- 1 jar Apricot Gooseberry Jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage®
Preparation
1. Arrange the skyr or yoghurt in bowls or deep plates.
2. Toast the hazelnut flakes in a dry frying pan for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Serve the skyr with nuts and apricot gooseberry jam.
