Homemade crispbread with blueberry jam

Ingredients

  • 1 dl flaxseed
  • 1 dl sesame seeds
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 2,5 dl wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. fine salt
  • 1 dl neutral oil
  • 1,5 dl water
  • Blueberry jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage®

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients well to form a smooth dough.

2. Spread the dough out in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and cut the dough into smaller pieces with a knife or pizza wheel.

3. Bake the crispbreads at 175°C for about 30 minutes and leave to cool.

4. Serve the crispbreads with blueberry jam.
