Ingredients
- Meringues:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 150 g sugar
- Serving:

1 package Skælskør Frugtplantage® Apple Porridge
- 1 liter of vanilla ice cream
- Fresh mint
- Hazelnut flakes
Preparation
Meringues:
1. Preheat the oven to 115 degrees hot air.
2. Whisk the egg whites until frothy.
3. Whisk in the vinegar and sugar a little at a time and continue whisking until the mixture is stiff.
4. Place 4 small meringue bases on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Press the center of the meringue with a spoon to make a slight indentation.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes until crispy on the outside.
7. Allow the bases to cool and then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each meringue base.
8. Top with apple porridge, hazelnut flakes and mint and serve immediately!
