Preparation

1. Rinse the strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces.

2. Divide the berries into four glasses and add the strawberry porridge on top.

3. Whip the dessert cream to a fluffy foam.

4. Place crushed macaroons on top of the strawberry porridge in the four glasses and add the dessert cream on top.

5. Finally, garnish with a few more crushed macaroons and sorrel.
