Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 50 g chopped light chocolate
- 1 egg
- 50 g cane sugar
- 25 g almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1.5 dl. Skælskør Frugtplantage Dessert cream
- 1 sheet of husblas
- 25 g white chocolate

75 g Skælskør Frugtplantage Strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp. freeze-dried strawberries
Preparation
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the chocolate and remove the pan from the heat
2. Beat the eggs and caster sugar until light and frothy and add the butter-chocolate mixture
3. Fold the almond flour and baking powder into the batter
4. Pour the batter into a small baking pan (approx. 20 x 25 cm) and bake at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
5. Whip the Skælskør dessert cream to a light foam
6. Soak the gelatine in cold water
7. Melt the chocolate and add the soaked gelatine to the hot chocolate, stir well to melt the gelatine
8. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the dessert cream
9. Mix the strawberry jam into the cream and distribute in small round silicone molds
10. Cut the brownie base into suitable circles and place a piece of base on each mousse.
11. Chill the cakes min. 3 hours until the mousse has set
12. Turn the cakes out and garnish with freeze-dried strawberries.
