Ingredients

Preparation

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk.

2. When the mixture is lukewarm, dissolve the yeast in it.

3. Mix sugar, eggs and salt and mix well.

4. Add the flour a little at a time until the dough has the desired consistency.

5. Let the dough rise in a cool place for at least 1 hour.

6. Roll out the dough and spread it with blackcurrant jam.

7. Then roll the dough into a roulade and cut into snails about 2 cm thick.

8. Let the crescents rise for about 30 minutes.

9. Brush them with beaten egg and bake them in the oven for about 12 minutes at 190 degrees.
