Pie with apple filling and blackcurrant jam

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl.

2. Crumble in the butter and combine the dough with the egg yolk and a little water if necessary.

3. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.

4. Roll out the dough, place in a greased pie dish and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

5. Cool the bottoms slightly.

6. Mix 300 g of apple porridge with 100 g of icing sugar and spread over the bases.

7. Cut the apples into thin slices. Spread the apple slices over the pie and brush with a little melted butter.

8. Sprinkle with almond slivers.

9. Bake the pie for approx. 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees convection oven.

10. Top with a little sifted icing sugar and blackcurrant jam before serving.
