Ingredients

Preparation

1. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add the eggs one at a time to make a light egg yolk.

3. Mix the cocoa, vanilla sugar, baking powder and wheat flour in a bowl and add the mixture to the egg yolk, alternating with the milk.

4. Finally, gently fold the cherry sauce into the dough to preserve the whole cherries.

5. Divide the batter into 12 muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
