Chocolate pavlova with berry foam

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees convection.

2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat.

3. Add the cocoa powder, dark chocolate and balsamic vinegar. Gently stir into the egg mixture.

4. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

5. Turn the oven down to 150 degrees and bake for 50-60 minutes.

6. Let the cake cool.

7. Whip the cream until it forms a whipped cream. Fold in the jam to make a fluffy strawberry foam.

8. Spread the foam over the pavlova and garnish with fresh strawberries and some greens.
