Mini pavlova with strawberry parfait

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Beat the egg yolks thoroughly with the icing sugar.

2. Whip the cream in another bowl until stiff

3. Mix the strawberry porridge well with the egg mixture, then gently fold in the whipped cream.

4. Put it in a freezer-safe form and put in the freezer at least 3-4 hours before serving or run on the ice machine.

5. Beat the egg whites with the icing sugar until stiff and add the white wine vinegar, stirring.

6. Put the dough in a piping bag and first make 8 bottoms on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then pipe the edges onto each base until you have 8 small nests.

7. Bake the pavlova for about 30 minutes at 120°C and leave to cool in the oven without opening the lid.

8. Put the strawberry parfait in the cooled pavlova and serve with fresh berries.
