Small raspberry slices with almond flour

Ingredients

  • 200 g soft butter
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass Skælskør raspberry jam
  • 125 g icing sugar
  • a little water
  • Some dried flowers or freeze-dried berries for garnish

Preparation

1. Mix butter with almond flour, wheat flour, icing sugar and vanilla sugar, and assemble the dough with eggs.

2. Knead the dough well and chill for at least 1 hour.

3. Roll out the dough on a floured board and cut into circles.

4. Bake at 160° degrees for about 10 minutes and cool.

5. Spread raspberry jam on half of the cakes and decorate the rest with icing mixed with icing sugar and water.

6. Put the cakes together and serve.
