Preparation

1. Crush the biscuits and mix in the butter.

2. Put the biscuit mixture in the bottom of 6 small serving glasses.

3. Whip the dessert cream for about 5 minutes to make it firmer.

4. Arrange the dessert cream and strawberry porridge on the biscuit base and garnish with fresh Danish strawberries.
