Ingredients

Preparation

1. Divide the apple porridge into small glasses or bowls.

2. Whip the cream into a foam.

3. Crumble the rye bread into smaller pieces.

4. Heat the butter and sugar in a pan and toast the rye bread over medium heat until it starts to color.

5. Allow the rye bread crumble to cool slightly and sprinkle over the apple porridge and freshly whipped cream just before serving.
