Crunchy nut base with vanilla cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • Flavourless oil
  • ½ pack Skælskør Frugtplantage® Dessert Cream
  • Fresh berries or fresh fruit

Preparation

1. Blend the hazelnuts and mix with the cane sugar.

2. Beat the egg whites and fold them into the nut mixture.

3. Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper and greased with neutral oil.

4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

5. Before serving, decorate the nut tart with lightly whipped dessert cream and fresh berries.
