Strawberry ice cream in mini pavlova

Ingredients

Preparation

1.Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the icing sugar a little at a time.

2. Whisk the cornstarch and vinegar into the dough and put the dough into a piping bag.

3. Spread small meringue rounds on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 110°C for about 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and let them cool until the oven is cold.

4. Arrange strawberry ice cream and Skælskør Frugtplantage® strawberry sauce and garnish with fresh mint.
