Ingredients

  • 1 condensed milk (not boiled or made into caramel, just the pure, light, liquid condensed milk)
  • 5 dl cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla paste
  • 1 pack Skælskør Frugtplantage® Apricot Porridge

Preparation

1. Start by whipping cream and condensed milk together with vanilla paste until it has a soft and creamy consistency.

2. Then mix 3/4 of the apricot cream into the ice cream mixture and place in a springform tin (approx. 20 cm in diameter).

3. Then spread spoonfuls of apricot porridge on the surface of the ice cream.

4. Use a knife or other sharp object to draw traces of apricot porridge together with the ice cream mixture, so that it gets a nice pattern.

5. Refrigerate the homemade apricot until completely frozen (6-8 hours).

6. Free the ice cream from the springform pan by pouring a little hot water on the side of the springform pan and immediately serve the ice cream on a platter.
