Cinnamon muffins with orange-chocolate ganache

1. Whisk brown sugar with soft butter.

2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating the dough well as you go.

3. Add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, ground cinnamon and wheat flour and stir the dough together.

4. Stir the milk into the dough and stir until the dough is smooth.

5. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes at 175°C.

6. Melt the cream and chocolate together in a small saucepan and stir in ½ glass of orange marmalade.

7. Leave the mixture to cool in the fridge until it has set, then whisk well.

8. Decorate the cooled muffins with whipped chocolate ganache and garnish with the remaining orange marmalade.
