Brie baked in puff pastry with blackcurrant jam

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Cut puff pastry into small squares, about 3×3 cm. and place them in greased muffin tins

2. Cut the brie into cubes and spread on the puff pastry

3. Put some blackcurrant jam on each, and fold up the sides a little, the dough should not cover the cheese and jam, but just form the sides

4. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes
