Ingredients
- 5 pasteurised egg yolks
- 1.5 tbsp. cake cream powder
- 75 g icing sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g lady fingers
- 1 dl strong coffee
- Marsala or Calvados
- 250 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® Apricot Porridge
- 25 g cocoa
Preparation
1. Beat the egg yolks white with the icing sugar and cake cream powder, then fold in the mascarpone.
2. Cool the coffee and mix with marsala or calvados.
3. Put a third of the cream in the bottom of a bowl. Then place lady fingers dipped in coffee and marsala/calvados mixture and top with a layer of apricot porridge.
4. Repeat the process and finish with cream.
5. To serve, sprinkle with cocoa.
