Ingredients
- 1,259 kg fresh salmon fillet
- Or
- 10 salmon portions of 125 g
- 125 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® Orange Marmalade
- Fresh or dried dill
- Salt and pepper
- If desired, sour cream mixed with dill, salt and pepper.
Preparation
1. Pat the fresh salmon dry and place in a greased ovenproof dish or on a baking tray.
2. Spread the orange marmalade evenly over the fish and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and dill.
3. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tip:
The salmon can also be sprinkled with almond flakes as an alternative to dill.
