YOUR JUDGEMENT
Ingredients
- 2 dl Danica Sweetwhip, refrigerated for at least 12 hours before whipping
- 875 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® apple porridge
- 90 g macaroons
- 50 g almond slivers, toasted
Preparation
1. Sweetwhip is whipped to the consistency of stiffly whipped whipped cream.
2. Stir in the apple sauce until the mousse is smooth.
3. Crush the macaroons and place in the bottom of a bowl or in serving bowls.
4. Spread the mousse over.
5. Spoon a little apple sauce over the mousse and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
