Ingredients
- 2 red cabbages, medium size
- 1 kg Skælskør Frugtplantage® Blueberry Porridge
- 0.5 dl balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Dried thyme, if desired
- Walnut kernels, whole or chopped
Preparation
1. Coarsely chop the red cabbage and mix with the blueberry porridge, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. If desired, add dried thyme and/or walnut kernels.
2. Cook at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
3. Turn around a few times along the way.
Tip:
Also try using Skælskør Frugtplantage® cherry sauce instead of blueberry porridge.
