Ingredients

Preparation

1. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add the milk and window seed oil.

3. mix the rye flakes, wheat flour, baking powder and salt and stir into the dough, then add the apple sauce.

4. Divide the batter into muffin tins and bake at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes.
