Ingredients

Preparation

1. Start by making a syrup by boiling water, sugar and raspberry jam together.

2. Strain the syrup through a sieve and refrigerate for 5 minutes.

3. Now pour the gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg whites into a shaker and shake well.

4. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well once more.

5. Pour the drink into the glass through a sieve.

6. Top with raspberry dust and serve!
