Ingredients
- Orange syrup:
- 0.5 dl water
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 3 tsp. Skælskør Frugtplantage Orange marmalade
- 9 cl non-alcoholic champagne
- Candied/dried orange
Preparation
1. Start by making a syrup by boiling water, sugar and orange marmalade together.
2. Strain the syrup through a sieve and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3. Crush the candied orange.
4. Wet the top of the glass with water and then invert it into the crushed candied orange.
5. Add syrup to the glass and top up with champagne.
6. Ready to serve!
