Raspberry bars with oat crumble

Ingredients

  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 jar Sugar Reduced Raspberry Jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage®
  • 40 g almond flakes

Preparation

1. Mix the oatmeal, wheat flour, cane sugar and vanilla sugar together and crumble in the butter.

2. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a small baking pan or ovenproof dish lined with baking paper and press the dough together well.

3. Spread the raspberry jam on top and then sprinkle the last of the dough on top of the jam along with almond flakes.

4. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes and allow to cool before slicing.
