The sea buckthorn/apple jam combines today's popular sea buckthorn with the familiar, classic apple flavour. With its sweet taste, the apples form a good balance with the tart sea buckthorn, which in a delicious combination creates a refreshing new taste experience. The sea buckthorn/apple jam is perfect in a trifle, on top of cheese or in baked goods. The jam is sold in a handy 265g jar size, perfect for smaller households or for families who want several different jam varieties in the home.
- Make a lovely trifle with macaroons and vanilla cream
- Try as a topping or in a good homemade ice cream
- Straight as it is with rusks and milk.

50% fruit (25% sea buckthorn from EU and 25% apple from EU), sugar, water, gelling agent: pectin, concentrated lemon juice, preservative: potassium sorbate. Made from 50 g of fruit per 100 g.

The sea thorn is a small and very tart fruit of 5-10 mm, which has a characteristic yellow/orange colour.
Origin
Sea buckthorn is a Nordic, wild fruit shrub that has been known in Denmark and Northern Europe for many thousands of years.
Season
In Denmark, sea buckthorn is in season from September to October, and during the same period it is also imported from abroad.
Good for
