Ingredients

Preparation

1. Mix the onion, apple vinegar, sugar and sambal oelek.

2. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

3. Add the sea buckthorn-apple jam and heat through. The mixture must not boil.

4. Season the chutney with honey, salt and pepper.

Cool before serving.
