When participating in Skælskør Frugtplantage®'s competitions held on Facebook and Instagram, the following competition terms apply:
1. General conditions
The competition held in connection with Skælskør Frugtplantage® is offered by Good Food Group A/S - Store Grundet Allé 71 7100 Vejle, Denmark - CVR: 54664028.
Skælskør Frugtplantage® is not responsible for the winner's use of the prize. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods.
2. When can you participate?
The duration of the competition will be announced on our social media channels Facebook and Instagram.
3. Who can participate?
All persons over 18 years of age and residing in Denmark may participate in the competitions. Employees of Good Food Group A/S are not eligible to participate.
4. Selection and announcement of winners
Winners will be contacted directly on Facebook or Instagram. If no response is received on Facebook or Instagram within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn. By entering the competition, entrants consent to their name being published on the campaign website and on Facebook and Instagram.
5. Personal data
By entering the competitions, you consent to Good Food Group recording and storing your personal data for the purposes of the competition. Once the competitions have ended and the prizes have been awarded to the winners, your personal data will be deleted.
In accordance with the Personal Data Act, you have the right at any time to access and correct the information that Good Food Group has registered about you.
